WordPress Plugins — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plugin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund: email support@wpcod.online with your order number.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion for documented technical issues we cannot resolve.
• Yearly and lifetime licenses are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Custom Development Projects

• Before development begins: Full refund of any deposits paid.
• After development begins: Refund for the value of work not yet delivered, as determined by project milestones.
• After project completion and delivery: No refund once the project has been accepted and delivered.

Maintenance & Support Plans

• Plans may be cancelled at any time.
• No refunds for the current billing period already paid.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
