1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from WPCod.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

WPCod.online (operated by MEGAHOST LLC) provides:

• Premium WordPress plugins available for purchase with a software license
• Custom WordPress development services
• WooCommerce development and optimization
• WordPress maintenance and support plans

3. Plugin Licenses

When you purchase a plugin license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of domains specified in your plan. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin
• Remove or modify copyright notices
• Use the plugin on more domains than your license allows
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

License keys are activated via our license server. Licenses renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Custom Development Projects

For custom development engagements:

• A written project scope will be agreed before work begins
• Payment terms are specified in the project agreement
• Intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment
• We retain the right to use non-confidential project elements in our portfolio

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: plugins carry a 14-day money-back guarantee; custom development refunds depend on project stage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEGAHOST LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
